Local Construction Issues
It is inevitable that there will be some disruption while a development the size of Jennett’s Park takes shape. The developers are committed to responsible management of the scheme, including minimising any local disturbance, and the following measures will be taken:
- The highway works on Peacock Lane are now complete. News updates will be available regarding the forthcoming link to the A329 Berkshire Way on the 'What's new' pages.
- Construction traffic is limited to specific major routes, avoiding as far as possible existing residential areas.
- Working hours at Jennett’s Park are arranged to reduce disruption.
- All construction traffic leaving the site will travel through a wheel wash facility to reduce the mud on the main road network.
This website will be the primary source of information on any construction issues and the developers welcome any feedback.
