Jennett's Park welcomes its first residents - 16th August 2007
In August 2007, the first residents of Jennett's Park moved into their new property. Stephanie and Dave Langton and their two teenage children, Claire, 17, and Peter, 14, were the first to reserve, exchange contracts and move into their new home within Redrow Homes’ Imperial Heights development.
Stephanie says: “As we lived in the local area, we watched the development at Jennett’s Park with interest from an early stage, when it was first being planned. We chose to move mainly because of the location and also because the homes on offer fitted in with our budget. In particular, David is much closer to his work in Bracknell, therefore saving time, and our new home is just a short distance from my daughter’s school.
“We are enjoying living in a town house for the first time and are looking forward to having access to the facilities that Jennett’s Park will offer, such as the doctor’s surgery and the local shopping and leisure facilities. We are also really pleased with the amount of open space at the development. Too many housing developments are very closed in, but the plan of the development that we saw gave us a very clear idea of the amount of open space that would be provided for residents at Jennett’s Park. We are enjoying settling in and are very happy with our choice.”
