From Monday 22 October, residents at Jennett's Park will be able to take advantage of a new bus service directly linking the development with Bracknell Bus Station via Wildridings Road, Downshire Way and the Southern Industrial Area.
The number 108 service, operated by Courtney Coaches on behalf of Bracknell Forest Borough Council, will run one bus in each direction every 15 minutes from Monday to Saturday (starting at 6.30am from the bus station) and every 30 minutes on Sundays and in the evenings. For further information, please download the timetable from the Location page.
The new environmentally-friendly buses will be running on 100% Pure Plant Oil or ‘biofuel’ which will reduce carbon emissions. Dedicated bus lanes will be used to minimise the journey time and the low floor buses will be able to accommodate one passenger in a wheelchair. There is also on-board CCTV for passenger safety.
